He studied at the best culinary schools in Europe, including Ferrandi (Paris), Ecole Ritz Escoffier (Paris), Basque Culinary Center (San Sebastian) and IFSE (Piedmont, Turin).
Represented Ukraine at international congresses Slow Food Terra Madre 2016 and 2018 in Turin, World Gourmet Summit 2017 and 2018 in Singapore and Chefs World Summit 2017 in Monte-Carlo. In 2017 he was awarded the Global Chef Awards in Singapore for his contribution to the development of gastronomy.
