Her professionalism, determination and sensitive nature conquered hearts of many Italians, when she became a judge on MasterChef Italia 7.<\/p><p>At the age of 9 Isabella already understood who she wanted to be when grew up. Her career began in London with <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Claude_Bosi\"><strong>Claude Bosi<\/strong><\/a> at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hibiscusrestaurant.co.uk\/\"><strong>Hibiscus<\/strong><\/a> restaurant and continued in San Sebasti\u00e1n with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.martinberasategui.com\/es\/inicio\"><strong>Martin Berasategui<\/strong><\/a> (three Michelin stars), in Elda with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Paco-Torreblanca-159116454734\/\"><strong>Paco Torreblanca<\/strong><\/a>, one of the most famous pastry chefs in the world. Having come to Italy for an apprenticeship, she launched her professional adventures in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.brosrestaurant.it\/en\"><strong>Bros\u2019<\/strong><\/a> restaurant with brothers Floriano and Giovanni Pellegrino, whom she had met back when studying. After 4 months of the apprenticeship, Isabella started working officially at the restaurant as a Sous-Chef and Pastry Chef, consequently becoming the Head Chef and co-owner. She was listed on the \u201c30 Under 30\u201d by Forbes Magazine in the \u201cArt\u201d category as Europe\u2019s promising chef.
