How to create a wow effect based on simple local products\"<\/div>\n\t                    <div class=\"description-content\">\n\t            <p>Sergey has 16 years of experience in the restaurant business, 12 of which he has been working as a chef.<\/p><p>He is the Brand Chef of the contemporary Ukrainian cuisine restaurant <a href=\"https:\/\/barvy.rest\/en\/\"><strong>Barvy<\/strong><\/a>, which has been nominated three times for \u201cBest Ukrainian Cuisine Restaurant\u201d by the <a href=\"https:\/\/saltawards.com\/en\/\"><strong>National SALT restaurant awards<\/strong><\/a>, winning it in 2017.<\/p><p>He is a co-founder of \u201cThe first Ukrainian FoodPairing laboratory\u201d, as well as one of the 25 best chefs of Ukraine by Focus magazine. He won \u201cUkraine\u2019s Best Dessert\u201d at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dgficc.com\/\"><strong>DGF International Culinary Concept<\/strong><\/a>, as well as the BarmanDictat foodpairing competition taking the first place. He prefers fusion style and experiments with unusual combinations of taste, such as pear \u2014 chestnut, pike caviar \u2014 mushrooms, beet \u2014 cherry, chicken \u2014 buckthorns, etc.<\/p><p>He upgraded his skills at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bculinary.com\/es\/home\"><strong>Basque Culinary Center<\/strong><\/a>. In order to become more familiar with Scandinavian cuisine, he took an apprenticeship at one of the best restaurants in Estonia <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.crurestoran.eu\/\">Cru<\/a><\/strong> (Tallinn) and was mentored by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.crurestoran.eu\/rus\/cru\/shef-povar\"><strong>Dmitriy Halyukov<\/strong><\/a>. He is a frequent participant and speaker at various cooking events and a judge at cooking competitions.
