Later on, she moved to Kyiv and worked for one year as a manufacturing manager and chocolatier-technologist in the <a href=\"http:\/\/spellchocolate.com\/\"><strong>Spell<\/strong><\/a> company.<\/p><p>In 2017-2018 worked as a manufacturing manager of the <a href=\"https:\/\/gelarty.com\/\"><strong>Ice-Studio Gelatry<\/strong><\/a> (Kyiv).<\/p><p>In 2018 Elina became the Brand Chef and Chocolatier-technologist of the El.f company opening her own same name chocolaterie in 2019.<\/p><p>She took apprenticeships in Switzerland and France and was mentored by world-famous master chocolatier <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/jeanpascal.serignat\"><strong>Jean-Pascal S\u00e9rignat<\/strong><\/a>, confectioner-chocolatier <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/le.Ptit.Zef\"><strong>Emmanuel Hamon<\/strong><\/a>, as well as by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/patrick.casula.5\"><strong>Patric Casula<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/wielfried.hauwel\"><strong>Wielfried Hauwel<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pierpaolo.magni\"><strong>Pier Paolo Magni<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/EmanueleDiBiaseVeganChef\/\"><strong>Emanuele Di Biase<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/albert.lorenzo.39\"><strong>Albert Lorenzo<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p><p>She was trained by the world ice-cream champion Filippo Novelli and ice-cream master Ciro Fraddanno in Milan.<\/p><p>Elina is the author of three books about the art of confectionery: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yakaboo.ua\/ua\/author\/view\/Jelina_Bojko\/\"><strong>\u201cSweet Super-Roulades\u201d<\/strong><\/a>, \u201cMelting Pies and Muffins with Liquid Filling\u201d, \u201cHome-made Sweets and Eastern Sweets\u201d.
