The chef has more than 20 years of experience with various world cuisines (Italian, Vietnamese, and Mediterranean).

He mainly specializes in seafood, crabs, and contemporary local cuisine.
Victor has taken part in the opening and renovating restaurants in Kyiv, Dubai, Moscow and Kazakhstan.

«Chef of the Year Award 2011 Head Chef» according to The Connoisseur Club TUCC.
