Started cooking at the age of 5. Later this fancy transformed into a hobby, lifestyle and main profession. Over 15 years of experience.
Currently Viktor works as a brand chef in restaurant chain G-Group: Kinza (Odessa), Al Mezze (Odessa), Hummus Bar (Kyiv), Eleven dogs (Odessa), Chin-Chin at the City food market (Odessa), Suluguni cafe (Odessa), 4 restaurants Hot Peppers (Odessa, Chernomorsk). Used to work in Greece, Norway and Argentina.
Aims to establish a restaurant of Ukrainian cuisine.
