In the past Iurii was the chef of the Vintage Nouveau restaurant and the official restaurant of the Ukrainian Embassy in Georgia.

He was studying in the best culinary schools in Europe, including Ferrandi (Paris), Ecole Ritz Escoffier (Paris), Basque Culinary Center (San Sebastian) and IFSE (Piedmont, Turin). The chef regularly represents Ukraine at international congresses, including: Slow Food Terra Madre (2016 and 2018) in Turin, the World Gourmet Summit (2017 - 2019) in Singapore and the World Summit of Chefs (2017 - 2018) in Monte Carlo, speaker Gastreet 2018 and the Cairo International Food Festival 2019.

In 2017 he was awarded the Global Chef Awards for his contribution to the development of gastronomy. Also Iurii collaborates with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine as an ambassador of Ukrainian cuisine in other countries of the world.
